Grade Convalidations

BFF partners with Convalidation Services to offer transcript and convalidation services for our students

REQUEST FORM: DEADLINE May 15

Some students must complete specific steps to have the grades earned during their exchange year recognized in their home country. Requirements vary by country and by educational authority.

Please note that this process can be complex, time-consuming, and sometimes costly. For this reason, BFF staff and host families are not responsible for assisting with this process.

BFF partners with Convalidation Services, LLC to provide transcripts and convalidation services for students who require them.

 Note: Service fees vary depending on the specific documents or services required and will be disclosed during the application process.

Next Steps to Request Convalidation Services

1. Confirm requirements with your international partner or school in your home country to determine whether you need transcript or convalidation services.
2. If required, click the “Transcript Request” button below and submit your request no later than May 15, 2026.
3. After submitting your name and country, a pop-up window will appear with detailed instructions and documents. Please review and follow those instructions carefully.
