Yearbook Shoutout Request

BFF is putting together a yearbook for our students this year! We are letting families send in a special shoutout that will go in the book to your child!

Below is the submission form, where you can write a shoutout, say why you’re proud of them, and add pictures:

1. 1. Complete and submit the form below by the deadline.
   2. Submit the amount due based on the size shoutout you choose below via PayPal at BFF PayPal or by the button at the bottom of this page. When it asks you what the payment is for, please write your student’s NAME – Shoutout. 
   3. As some people have trouble paying through the above link, if you do not pay immediately, you will be invoiced via PayPal either on the same day or the next day.
   4. All payments MUST be received by April 28.
